I love it! Getting the limited edition with the remix CD is definitely worth it. If you are debating between getting the single CD version and the 2CD version, then get the 2CD version! I also got a nice Temporary Residence LTD demo CD with 14 songs on it (I had no idea I was getting this!). The CD contains songs from EITS, Eluvium, Envy, Mono, Syparite, etc. Just thought I would share.

get a record player and listen to those! EITS on vinyl is an amazing experience. you can find a decent record player for not too much.

I listened to it on my friend's record player and it sounded nice. I want this numark record player for around $90-$100 but I have more important things to buy. Like school supplies : (

Why would a record player sound better?

Why would a record player sound better? My friend could explain it to you but I'm an idiot when it comes to things like that.

Why would a record player sound better? It's something to do with the fact that it's analog and not digital, which compresses the sound and makes it choppy in a relatively hard-to-detect way. Diehard audiophiles can tell the difference like night and day apparently. This kid who sits in front of me in physics talks about it all the time. It's actually rather annoying.

It's actually rather annoying. yep, that's pretty much it. the difference is definitely noticable to pretty much everyone on some level. it kinda just boils down to your own personal preferences as well. i know some diehard audiophiles who are 100% pro digital and think analog is primitive and some who are the complete opposite. i just prefer the sound of vinyl, and owning LPs means alot more to me than a CD. CDs have just become coasters for me. They're so easy to just toss around and not take the best care of. But your vinyl, that's delicate collection of beautiful children.
