I know a lot of people who feel that the CD was rushed and not very good. I, on the other hand, love the CD to death. It is my second favorite EITS album; coming in second to none other than The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading how the made each song and the process they went through. The only song on the cd that I couldn't care less about is Day 3. The talking in the song really turned me off. heh
I also really really like the transition from Your Hand in Mine to Day 1. It's very fluid, to me atleast.
What are your opinions on this 2 week CD?

That's the order I have on my Itunes playlist. teinacdp ends with your hand in mine and then the rescue cd comes next with day 1 starting it.
I like the way those songs sound when played in that order

I think it was a good chance to see a different side to the band. The songs were shorter and not as "epic" as their other work. Plus, you get to hear some experimentation with piano and even some vocals as well (not that I want them to use vocals).
Maybe its not the best of their 4 records, but for what it represented and what it showcased, I thought it was a worthy effort and a great addition to their archives.
Plus....and this is just my opinion....many of the songs have a "Christmas"-time vibe to them, so I love to break out those songs in December. But hey, thats just me.
