I've watched the entire TV series of Friday Night Lights again, noting every instance it occurs at. It's always an important moment of some kind. It sounds like a couple minutes into First Breath After Coma, but it's not; and it's killing me trying to identify it!
The following times are based on the Netflix instant streaming episodes, they may different slightly from downloaded copies or the DVD/Blu-ray releases.
*CAUTION, THERE MAY BE SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED THE SHOW FULLY!*
1) Season 1, episode 6, 10:35 or so in: Lyla goes to Tim Riggins's house to tell him Jason knows something happened. The song playing while they're talking on Tim's doorstep.
2) Season 1, episode 8, 10:30 or so in: Basically the same scene, Lyla breaks it off with Tim, and seconds later as the nurse is telling Jason it's not safe to *ahem*.
3) Season 1, episode 10, 2:50 or so in: Jason comes home for the first time, getting out of the minivan and going inside in the wheelchair.
4) Season 1, episode 13, 20:40 in: but it's rather subtle here; Brian's talking to his mom, worrying about his scholarship.
5) Season 2, episode 2, 16:40 in: Julie's going to the pool to pick up her paycheck, tries to avoid/but talks to the Swede.
6) Season 2, episode 6, 24:00 in: Julie walks into the Alamo Freeze when Matt's working to admit she was wrong.
7) Season 3, episode 4, 10:35 in: Matt gets out of his mom's car to go home, she gets out to offer to stay in town to help him out with his grandma.
8) Season 3, episode 4, 32:45 in: Matt's talking to his mom, she's trying to convince him to let her stick around for a few weeks.
9) Season 3, episode 13, 18:05 in: Julie starts crying in her new car while Tami's in the passenger seat, depressed about Matt leaving.
10) Season 5, episode 3, 40:40 in: Vince's dad is apologizing and packing a bag to leave the apartment.
If anybody can identify the song that plays in all of the aforementioned instances, I'd greatly appreciate it. Is it some remix from part of First Breath After Coma, or from a different EitS song altogether, or what? If it's not straight out of one of their tracks, does anybody know where I can get that piece or song from?
Much obliged.
