on this other message board i'm on, viva la vinyl, we have a weekly thread where people can request and upload albums [via yousendit.com, sendspace.com, megaupload.com, etc.] and i thought it'd be a good idea to start one on here. i'll start it off: Sparrows Swarm And Sing - "O'Shenandoah, Mighty Death Will Find Me" SPARROWS SWARM AND SING are a collective comprised of trained composers, visual artists, and recording engineers. A lion-hearted cohesion of melodic conquest and eruptive repletion completely unlike any other.www.sendspace.com/file/bl175d

I'm on a lot of message boards that do this, and it's a wonderful idea.
Although, i fear it won't take off on this one as theres not enough people...among other things.
It's also illegal and all that jazz, so i might wait to see what the mods say before taking time to upload stuff.

ah cool, i found a thread like this yesterday on a libertines forum (ive been told they had the link for the new Jarvis Cocker album which i couldnt find in the end)
i tried to get a bootleg i have of a EITS show on there, but was only able to get individual tracks one at a time...how do i do albums in one go?
i really dont understand the torrent system of downloading

i really don't think legality is an issue. plus, the bands that are usually discussed/uploaded in this sort of message board aren't RIAA affiliated bands and i think they would rather you download their music than not hear them at all. that's how i feel with the music i make at least.

we had this on the coheed boards until the manager of the band decided to make his annual appearance and delete the thread and then de-mod me for letting it go on. that jerk

I would contribute to this thread, however, looking at the distinct lack of replies in my thread about the new Temp Res cd, there would be little point.
In short, I don’t think there would be any interest in what I posted.

i saw coheed and cambria in august in london, and i dont even like them! my mate can get in free there and asked me along, and he likes them. i went as it one my last chances to see him before he went austalia. not my type of music at all, but impressive musicians nevertheless
im uploading a EITS bootleg onto sendspace, so whens that done and ive checked that it works, i'll see if i can get it up here, or people can PM me for the link. the gig is one in Paris, and sound quality is good

(why am i saying this as if he is now my neighbour?) yeah i got to hang out with them when they were in Oz, nice guys but i can see why 2 got the boot for drug problems. they were out of it most of the time. this thread will work well as long as people don't post the links elsewhere, that is how they end up getting deleted.
