Today is a good day. No classes, and I found out that Explosions In the Sky & Mono are playing on the same weekend near my college, in April!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had to fly home to Australia from Texas, leaving my fiancee behind for 5 months. almost missed my flight because it was too hard to say goodbye. flew from Corpus Christi to Dallas to LA to New Zealand and then finally arrived in Melbourne. cried a large part of the way. total travel time was close to 24 hours.
when i arrive in Melbourne i make my way to the baggage claim. i help the people around me get there luggage of the carousel. i wait and wait and wait. the carousel stops. my suitcase is nowhere to be found. it is lost.
i go to make a report. i am told it could be anywhere and they will call me when i find it. all my work clothes are in that bag and i start back tomorrow. my phone, my presents, my shoes, my everything are in that case.
to top it off i think my camera is busted.
i think i might kill myself

That really sucks Lua. I hope they find your luggage and I would hate traveling 24 hours. A 8 hour flight nearly killed me

my days are bad. I spent 8 straight hours (til 5am) on a chemistry lab report last night, 7 straight hours studying for my OTHER chem class the night before (til 4am), and I spent another 7 hours in a chem lab this week. ugh. my eyes are tired. my soul is in need of sleep!

my day has been really good so far. one of my classes got canceled so i was sitting outside in the greatest weather we've had for a week. no cloud in the sky and 60 ish degrees. perfect.
i took about 30 minutes to skate outside and did a fakie truespin sweatstance. i was happy
