in australia its a kid thing. if you knocked on someones door now they'd just laugh at you. an adult dressed up..... i wish it wasn't like that though, it is fun. i'm pretty sure it's always a kid thing as far as "trick or treating" goes. however, at least here in the states, people get pissed off that it's only a kid thing and either accept the shame and do it anyway, or, more realistically, go to a designated "adult" holloween costume party so they don't feel like a little kid. these people work under the front that there's alcohol their, so that automatically makes it "grown-up" and accepted, but the true, lesser-realized reason they are there is really so they can dress up and eat candy. I personally will most likely be the creepy drunk guy passing out candy, only after I jump out of a tree and make a couple of five year olds cry. it's a tough gig, but someone has to do it. it's all about making memories for the little ones. s. white

We don´t have Halloween over here in Iceland. It sucks. I´d like to be in the Uk´s right now.
But I´m still going to a Halloween-party on a pub tonight.

heh, steve zissou is another one i've seen a lot basically i'm wearing a lot of my mom's clothes [yellow short shorts, pink collared sleeveless shirt, really girly blazer from the 90s] and then my beard, the hat [which has Abe written on it in glitter] and i took a printout from the computer of his face, glued it to a popsicle sticker and cut the eyes out.
